Mukesh Khanna is a passionate and highly spirited entrepreneur driven by the pulse of businesses and business owners. For more than 2 decades, Mukesh has dedicated himself to the cause of both enabling and promoting entrepreneurship in India.
Today, Mukesh leads Auxin Enterprising Solutions Pvt Ltd., where he is working toward empowering SMEs in the country by providing business coaching and consultancy services. Here he leads an experienced team consisting of trainers who are continuously working towards upscaling and upskilling SMEs. Such is his firm belief in the potential of small and medium enterprises and the opportunities that surround them, that in of his prior stints he led the way to equipping such businesses globally with simple, affordable and easy to use technology solutions.
Prior to Auxin, Mukesh was heading the channel strategy for Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In this capacity, he shaped the policies directly impacting Tally’s sales partner ecosystem. He is credited with conceptualizing, designing and delivering programs which transformed the channel into a process oriented, self-strengthening and sustainably growing ecosystem.
Out of his passion for business management and acquired work experience of more than two decades, Mukesh has further strengthened and reinforced his practical knowledge bank by undergoing several formal MDPs from IIM-A. Two of the prominent ones being ‘Senior Management Programme’ (in the year 2010) and ‘Transforming Small and Medium Businesses’ (in 2016).
Thus, Mukesh is an IIM-A alumnus who has acquired his graduation degree in Zoology for his sheer inclination towards life sciences as well. A certified coach and NLP practitioner with a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Mukesh is a voracious learner and loves to focus on self-development. When he is not working, Mukesh loves to cook with a keen taste for variety of Indian, Italian and Lebanese cuisines. He is a die-hard travel fanatic and loves the adventure of exploring new places.

Charan Bhatia is a highly successful and self-motivated entrepreneur who has a rich experience of more than two decades in footwear industry. Along with his leadership role in Auxin, he also owns two very successful businesses involved in manufacturing and trading of footwear and leather items.
His vast experience involves establishing and managing a very large dealer network for his footwear business across entire southern part of the country. His rich experience and interest in the field of finance management adds to his personality and compliments his role of a leader cum business consultant in Auxin.
Being a Mechanical Engineer, Charan has an obvious inclination and interest towards implementing processes and systems in his work areas. His experience as a business owner helps him in understanding the challenges, constraints, opportunities and thought process in the SMB environment.

Dhruv has been in practice as a chartered accountant for the last 12 years with distinguished credentials. He has also qualified DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Audit) from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and has also successfully completed the Forensic and Fraud detection course conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.
He also has vast exposure to various taxation laws (both direct as well as indirect) and best audit practices. He also expertise’s in forensic accounting and fraud detection and has undertaken various assignments in the same. Over the year's his forte has developed into IT systems development and data analytics which has resulted in substantial value creation for our clients. His professional approach blended with personal attention has resulted in our clients reposing their faith which is reflected in the long-standing relationship that we enjoy with them.
He is also a regular faculty at the Direct Tax Training Institute and at undertakes various classes for students at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Apart from that, he is also a regular paper presenter at various forums such as management schools and many large corporate houses. He has also served as President of Lucknow Chartered Accountants’ Society in the year 2016.

Jatin is a seasoned professional possessing more than 11 years of rich and diverse experience of providing consultancy and growth solution to Business Organizations, Government Departments, Social Sector organizations and Startups in India. A Fellow Chartered Accountant and having done PGDBM from IMT-Ghaziabad, Jatin has earlier worked as an Investment Banker with JPMorgan Chase.
During his stint with JP Morgan, he has gained unmatched experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Capital and Private Equity deals. He has also trained several Private Equity and Venture Capital Professional across organizations such as SIDBI Venture Capital, CARE Kalypto etc.
He shares a strong passion for start-up ecosystem and has been actively involved in its evolution in North and Central India Region. As a startup expert, he has also been associated with numerous early stage and growth stage startups in various capacities as Mentor, Advisor, Board Member and CFO. Some of these entities have been incubated, accelerator or funded. His active involvement in this sphere also resulted in the creation of Centre for Entrepreneurship Development at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. As a founder member of Bootstrap Weekends, he evangelises, mentor and supports its endeavours.
